I hold the strong belief that people are perfectly imperfect. We are beautiful and spectacular but we can also become stuck, unhappy and unable to live a fulfilling life. That’s where I come in.
As a passionate MBACP registered, Person-centred Counsellor, my experience allows me to understand the best ways to address each client’s needs in an effective manner. This process always starts with you. You are the expert on your experience and I believe that within you is the capacity to find your way through. My role is to provide you with a safe, non-judgemental space to work through whatever it is that is stopping you from living the life you want to live. I want to encourage you and help you to understand your capacity to move through the pain, through the anguish, though the frustration and come out the other side with self compassion and understanding. Talking Therapy
Giving you the opportunity to process present or past events. Talking therapy helps clients explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in a confidential space. It can reduce distress, improve self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and support positive change within your wellbeing.
Sand Tray
Sand tray therapy allows clients to express thoughts and emotions non-verbally by creating scenes or worlds in a tray of sand using miniature figures. It helps uncover subconscious themes, promote insight, and support healing through symbolic play and reflection.
Home Visits
Home visits provide a familiar, low-stress environment that can help clients feel more at ease and open during therapy. They remove barriers such as travel or driving anxiety, making support more accessible and personalised to the client’s comfort and needs.
